classtoolTips10'><\/span>,<\/p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n<p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\u2013 building on history of our people during many millenniums,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 honoring memory and following ancestral traditions,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 feeling ethnic,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> language,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> spiritual and cultural unity,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 noting with delight presence of stable Erzya self-consciousness,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 recognizing responsibility to create favorable conditions for survival and development of our future generations,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 basing on provisions of both international law and Constitution of Russian Federation that guarantee human rights as well as people\u2019s rights,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 expressing respect to history,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> traditions,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> culture,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> languages and national dignity of other peoples,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 wishing to join global community of peoples under our own historical name,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 striving to be recognized as independent full-fledged people,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 hoping on understanding,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> good will,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> collaboration of nations,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span> governments and other authorities or administration bodies,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><br \/><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n\u2013 expressing expectations of all the Erzya people,<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><\/p><span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span>\n<p>We hereby declare about its will to be officially known under its proper historical name of Erzya people and reaffirm all its inalienable rights.<span class='tooltipsall tooltipsincontent classtoolTips10'><\/span><\/p><span class='tooltipsall
