On June 12,<\/span> second 2020 session of At\u2019yan\u2019 Ezem <\/span>(erz.<\/span> Council of Elders)<\/span> took place.<\/span> Council members accepted a bunch of resolutions in order to continue institutionalization processes in Erzya national movement.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

Erzya informational commission <\/span>(EIC)<\/span> was created to inform both Erzya and international community about aims and tasks of Kirdiyur as well as to publicize the activity of Erzya national movement.<\/span> Representative of Erzya diaspora in Ukraine was appointed head of the commission.<\/span> The first working meeting of the Commission was held on June 14 with participation from Office of Inyazor <\/span>(erz.<\/span> Chief Elder)<\/span>. Priority actions were approved on the meeting in order to strengthen Erzya media visibility in EU countries and USA,<\/span> particularly by budgeting the very first Erzya social and political magazine <\/span>\u2013 the project Commission already works on together with Office of Inyazor.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

At\u2019yan\u2019 Ezem also established Erzya nomenclative commission <\/span>(ENC)<\/span>, that is an expert consultative body formed by Erzya linguists.<\/span> Priority tasks of the commission were defined as development and active implementation of new Erzya expressions,<\/span> terms and concepts;<\/span> creation of glossary of terms;<\/span> studies on terminological issues.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

Council members confirmed head of ENC <\/span>\u2013 a scientist who resides in Erzyan\u2019 Mastor and have already initiated consultations with fellow linguists in order to take initial steps of the commission.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

At\u2019yan\u2019 Ezem approved members of Vid\u2019ekuro <\/span>(Erzya national court)<\/span> convened by three well-reputed Erzya with proper education and experience.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

Standalone solution of the Council,<\/span> aimed to avoid leverage and repressions against activists of Erzya national movement,<\/span> explicitly forbids disclosure of any personal data related to any body,<\/span> entity and\/or structure of Kirdiyur till the moment of social and political situation in Erzyan\u2019 Mastor being normalized.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n\n<\/span>\n\n<\/span>

In the end of the meeting elders considered and supported <\/span>the joint statement<\/a><\/span> of At\u2019yan\u2019 Ezem and Inyazor on Erzya participation in VIII World Congress of Finno-Ugric Peoples.<\/span><\/p><\/span>\n
